Solution1: system->cache management->Catalog Rewrites (refresh)
Catalog Rewrites were refreshed successfully
Solution2(for latest magento version): system->cache management->Index Management ->Catalog Url Rewrites ->Reindex Required(red color) click here (refresh), problem solved.
